Careers in Science

A career in one of the Natural or Applied Sciences can be very rewarding. Salaries are excellent and so is job satisfaction. Highly trained people in these areas are in so much demand, that Missouri has a loan forgiveness program, Advantage Missouri, for a number of the major programs in this college.

At Missouri State, students have access to the Career Planning and Placement Center, where trained professionals assist in determining careers, composing resumes, looking for jobs, and offering workshops that focus on, among other topics, job hunting skills. Potential employers seek out the Career Planning and Placement Center for applicants who have registered with the Center.
